Notes

'Country Cream' oregano (Origanum vulgare 'Country Cream') is an herb for borders, containers, rock gardens, and food gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, loamy or chalky soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Its fragrant stems cascade over edges, and the plant tolerates drought. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms in summer.

Pairs well with Lamb’s ear, Lavender cotton, and Hardy geranium.
