Notes

'Wild Marjoram' oregano (Origanum vulgare 'Wild Marjoram') is an herb for food gardens, borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It is grown for a light, sweet flavor in teas and cooking. Pink and purple flowers draw butterflies and bees in summer and autumn. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with SuperBlue lavender, Genovese basil, and Celebrity Plus tomato.
