Notes

'Crispina' peony (Paeonia 'Crispina') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Semi-double dark pink flowers fade to light pink at the edges and have frilled guard petals. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. It spreads as it grows, so give it support.

Pairs well with Hosta, Dittany, Blue grama, and Picture tulip.
