Notes
'Dandy Man Color Wheel' rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Dandy Man Color Wheel') is a shrub for borders, specimen planting, hedges, and woodland gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Ruffled tricolor blooms of white, pink, and pinkish red open in early to late spring and fade to pure white. It stays evergreen and reaches 8 feet tall and wide.
Pairs well with Oakleaf hydrangea, Japanese forest grass, Autumn fern, and Japanese maple.
