Notes

'Dark Night' rose (Rosa 'Dark Night') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows 47 to 73 inches tall with a bushy habit and medium green leaves. The red blend blooms appear in spring, summer, and autumn, and they attract butterflies and bees. Alain A. Meilland bred it in 2010.

Pairs well with Catmint, Moonshine yarrow, Lady's mantle, and Feather reed grass.
