Notes

'Eleza' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Eleza') is a shrub for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. J. B. Paillet introduced it in 1899. Cut a few blooms for a vase and enjoy them indoors.

Pairs well with Nepeta, Greig's tulip, and Prairie dropseed.
