Notes
'Everred' rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Everred') is a shrub for borders, foundation plantings, and woodland gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade. Small, glossy, burgundy leaves cover a slow-growing, mounding shrub. Dark red bell flowers open from early to late spring and stand out against the dark foliage. It forms a mound about 3 feet tall and wide with time.
Pairs well with Lady fern, Snowdrop, and Western hemlock.
