Notes

'Fancy Dress' peony (Paeonia 'Fancy Dress') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Its cream blooms shade to pink in early to late spring and attract butterflies. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Derek Irvine bred it.

Pairs well with Lenten rose, Lungwort, Lily, and Damask rose.
