'Festiva Dream' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Festiva Dream') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double white blooms have red flecks and measure 5½" wide. Each stem carries one bud, and the short, stout plant holds the blooms well. Roy G. Klehm bred it.
Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Picture tulip, Rose, and Gentian.
