Notes

'Fireworks' wrinkleleaf goldenrod (Solidago rugosa 'Fireworks') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, meadows, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit the blooms in summer and autumn. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It forms a clump 24 to 36 inches tall and wide.

Pairs well with Purple Coneflower coneflower, Switchgrass, and Wild bergamot.
