Notes
'Flame Thrower' Texas redbud (Cercis canadensis 'Flame Thrower') is a tree for specimen planting, borders, woodland gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit it. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows as a multi-stemmed tree at a moderate rate.
