Notes

'Fragrant Fire' hosta (Hosta 'Fragrant Fire') is a perennial for borders, shade gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average moisture. White flowers open in early to late summer and again in early autumn. They are fragrant and draw bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with White phlox, Alertie peony, and Canada wild rye.
