'Fuso-no-tsukasa' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Fuso-no-tsukasa') is a shrub for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Cut the blooms for indoor vases, or let them stand as a focal point in the bed. Give it a spot where it can stay put for years.

Pairs well with Earth Angel hosta, Obsidian coral bells, and Ostrich fern.
