Notes
'Fuyo-ko' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Fuyo-ko') is a shrub for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The woody stems keep their framework through winter, so prune only to remove dead wood. Cut the blooms for indoor vases.
Pairs well with Earth Angel hosta, Obsidian coral bells, and Ostrich fern.
