Notes

'Ginko Craig' hosta (Hosta 'Ginko Craig') is a perennial for borders, ground cover, shade gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist soil of most types. Purple striped flowers open in summer and attract hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Its small size suits the front of a bed.

Pairs well with White phlox, Piilu clematis, and Fernleaf peony.
