Notes

'Gnome Pink' globe amaranth (Gomphrena globosa 'Gnome Pink') is an annual for borders, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Its erect stems bloom from summer into autumn, and butterflies and bees visit the flowers. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Plant it where it has about 12 inches to spread.

Pairs well with Zinnia, Celosia, First Knight fountain grass, and African marigold.
