Notes

'Goldkrone' rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Goldkrone') is a shrub for borders, specimen planting, shade gardens, and woodland settings. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit it. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It is evergreen and grows best in acid soil.
