Notes

'Grand Maître' grape hyacinth (Muscari 'Grand Maître') is a bulb for borders, containers, rock gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The large flower spikes are dark cornflower blue with a narrow white edge. They open in early to late spring and draw butterflies and bees.

Pairs well with June hosta, Blue fescue, and Garlic chives.
