Notes

'Grand Prix' camellia (Camellia japonica 'Grand Prix') is a shrub for borders, pollinator gardens, and woodland gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes part sun and average to wet soil. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. This evergreen has a columnar shape and grows slowly. Bees and birds visit the flowers, which open in winter and spring.

Pairs well with Coralbells, Cobra lily, and Asiatic jasmine.
