Notes
Greek yarrow (Achillea ageratifolia) is a perennial for containers, ground cover, and xeriscape gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. The fragrant white flowers open in spring and again in summer, and bees visit them. The low evergreen mats stay 6 to 9 inches tall. It sits low on the menu for deer.
Pairs well with Blanket flower, Limeglow creeping juniper, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Pretty Princess tulip.
