Notes
'Haku Chu Han' hosta (Hosta 'Haku Chu Han') is a perennial for shade gardens, borders, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average moisture. Fragrant deep purple flowers appear from early to late summer and attract bees and hummingbirds. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Birds and butterflies also visit the garden.
Pairs well with Eastern columbine, Sedge, and Little Hottie panicle hydrangea.
