Notes
'Harry van Trier' hosta (Hosta 'Harry van Trier') is a perennial for shade gardens, borders, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average moisture. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It blooms from early to late summer, and the flowers are fragrant. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the blooms.
Pairs well with Incrediball Blush smooth hydrangea, White phlox, and Canada wild rye.
