Notes
'He Yin' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'He Yin') is a shrub for borders, cut flower use, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant white semi-double flowers open in early to late spring. Burgundy flares mark the petals, and the blooms face upward on upright stems. Plants reach about 90cm (35.5) at maturity.
