Notes
Hedgehog lily (Massonia setulosa) is a bulb for houseplants, containers, and succulent collections. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and dry soil. Two flat green leaves hug the ground, and sweetly fragrant white flowers sit on top in autumn and winter. The bulbs rest in summer, so water less then, but do not let them go bone dry.
Pairs well with Flowering grass, Dragon blood tree, and Soap plant.
