Notes

Hedgehog lily (Massonia bifolia) is a bulb for containers, houseplant collections, and succulent gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun and dry soil. It has two light green leaves that hug the ground and spikes of green flowers. Plant the bulb with its top just below the soil surface.

Pairs well with Flowering grass, Voodoo lily, and Rose of jericho.
