Notes

'Hiroshima' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Hiroshima') is a shrub for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The huge, full double flowers are deep pink. The petals have an unusual crepe-like texture that gives the blooms an exotic look.

Pairs well with Catmint, Hinoki cypress, and Queen of Night tulip.
