Notes

'Hudson Bay' hosta (Hosta 'Hudson Bay') is a perennial for borders, shade gardens, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. Its fragrant flowers attract hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It is also salt tolerant.

Pairs well with Solomon's seal, Vision in PInk Chinese astilbe, Bride's feathers, and Lily of the valley.
