Notes

Hybrid trillium (Trillium albidum) is a perennial for shade gardens, woodland gardens, and planting in drifts. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade. Its large white flowers are mildly fragrant, and the green leaves may have dark spots. It is a spring ephemeral that may go dormant by summer. It can go dormant early in its first year and may sulk in its second, so be patient.

Pairs well with Lady fern, Rainbow's End hosta, and Snowdrop.
