Notes
'Ice Aura' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Ice Aura') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The white single flowers are 19 cm wide and have an open boss of stamens. Each stem carries one bud and has good strength. John and Dot McFarlane introduced it in 2000.
Pairs well with Queen of Night tulip, Blue fescue, Minuteman hosta, and The President clematis.
