Notes

'Jane Clifford' peony (Paeonia 'Jane Clifford') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, single apricot-yellow flowers have cream edges and sit gracefully above the erect plant. Prof. Harald Fawkner bred it. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.

Pairs well with Fire and Ice hosta, Indian grass, Black Hero tulip, and Smooth hydrangea.
