Notes

'Joyful Romantic' peony (Paeonia 'Joyful Romantic') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant, pearl pink double blooms open one per stem and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. The upright stems reach 28 inches and need no support.

Pairs well with Blue Mouse Ears hosta, Baby's breath, and Polish Spirit clematis.
