Notes

'Kamma' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Kamma') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The plant stays small and compact. Its single white flowers have amaranth purple streaks and open in mid to late spring. The carpels have bright red tips around a dark red disk.

Pairs well with Guacamole hosta, Christmas fern, Prairie dropseed, and Black Hero tulip.
