Notes

'Kumson' border forsythia (Forsythia koreana 'Kumson') is a shrub for borders, hedges, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It blooms from early to late spring, and bees and birds visit it. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It is also drought tolerant.

Pairs well with Grape hyacinth, Lungwort, and Ornamental onion.
