Notes

'Kyme Eau' peony (Paeonia 'Kyme Eau') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant yellow double flowers rise well above a dense, rounded mound of small leaflets. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Harald Fawkner bred it.

Pairs well with Stained Glass hosta, Maiden pink, Little bluestem, and Polish Spirit clematis.
