Notes

'Lady Liberty' peony (Paeonia 'Lady Liberty') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It grows about 20 inches high on strong stems and bears bright flame red, fragrant, cupped flowers that bees and butterflies visit. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It is a sport of 'Great Lady'.

Pairs well with Big Daddy hosta, Pale purple coneflower, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
