Notes
Lavandin (Lavandula intermedia) is a perennial for pollinator gardens and food gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil. Its lavender blue flowers open in mid to late summer and smell sweet. Bees visit the blooms often, and the plant grows 18 to 30 inches tall and wide.
