Notes

'Lavender Baby' peony (Paeonia 'Lavender Baby') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It bears single, dark lavender flowers up to 5 inches wide above grey-green, finely divided leaves. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Ruud Warmerdam bred it.

Pairs well with Empress Wu hosta, Black Hero tulip, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Love-in-a-mist.
