Notes
'Liset' crabapple (Malus ×purpurea 'Liset') is a tree for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows 15 to 20 feet tall and wide. Fragrant flowers draw butterflies, bees, and birds, and the tree tolerates drought once settled.
Pairs well with May Night salvia, Arrowwood viburnum, Greig's tulip, and Royal fern.
