Notes

'Little Boy' garden phlox (Phlox paniculata 'Little Boy') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. It forms a tidy clump with fragrant lilac blue flowers that have a white eye. Blooms open from early to late summer, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit them.

Pairs well with Blue sage, Little bluestem, Stargazer lily, and New Jersey tea.
