Notes

'Little Princess' peony (Paeonia 'Little Princess') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Single, fragrant, orange-red flowers top plants that reach 18 inches tall, and bees and butterflies visit them. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Earth Angel hosta, Black Hero tulip, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
