Notes

'Lucretia' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lucretia') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The light blush flowers are nearly white, strongly fragrant, and flat in a bomb form. They open in early to mid spring on an erect, compact plant. H.A. Terry bred it.

Pairs well with Black Hero tulip, Christmas fern, and Spotted dead nettle.
