Notes
Luzon viburnum (Viburnum luzonicum) is a shrub for hedges, privacy screens, and foundation plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It grows fast and forms a broad shape, so give it room. White fragrant flowers open in early to late spring and attract bees. Birds visit it too.
Pairs well with Bridal wreath spiraea, Azalea, Christmas fern, and Red spider lily.
Native range
China, Philippines, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
