Notes
'Majesté' pulmonaria (Pulmonaria 'Majesté') is a perennial for shade gardens, woodlands, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to moist, loamy, clay, or chalky soil. Its silver leaves have a slight green edge, and the pink flowers age to blue in spring. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. You can shear tired foliage to bring a new flush of leaves.
Pairs well with Solomon's seal, Western sword fern, and White trillium.
