Notes

'Manoah' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Manoah') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The full double blooms are pearly lavender and blush with silvery highlights. The stems are only fair, so you may want to give the flowers some support. Edward Auten, Jr bred it.

Pairs well with Woodland phlox, Balloon flower, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Miss Kim lilac.
