Notes

'Miller's Seedling' apple (Malus domestica 'Miller's Seedling') is a tree for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is grown for fresh eating and juice, and the fruit ripens early. White flowers open from early to late spring and attract bees. Mr James Miller bred it in 1848.

Pairs well with Hazelnut, Cheyenne Spirit echinacea, Chokecherry, and Lily.
