Notes

'Mimas' peony (Paeonia 'Mimas') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen use. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. The cream flowers have wide coral-pink edges and a light fragrance, and they open in early to late spring. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Nate Bremer bred it, and the straight stems hold the blooms well.

Pairs well with Mock orange, Blue fescue, and Endless Summer hydrangea.
