Notes

'Mont Blanc' ornamental onion (Allium 'Mont Blanc') is a bulb for borders, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its large, fragrant, white flowers look like spheres the size of baseballs on 3 to 4 foot stems. Foliage may die back just before flowering, which is normal, so you can trim the leaves. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Columbine, Prairie dropseed, and Carnaval De Nice tulip.
