Notes

'Mr. Sun' peony (Paeonia 'Mr. Sun') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears huge, flat, flesh colored double blooms in light pink that are fragrant and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with First Frost hosta, Spiked speedwell, and Annabelle hydrangea.
