Notes

'Mrs Furnivall' rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Mrs Furnivall') is a shrub for borders, specimen planting, hedges, and woodland gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It blooms in early to late spring, stays evergreen, and draws hummingbirds, bees, and birds. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Give it room to reach 4 to 8 feet tall and wide.

Pairs well with Lady fern, Aureola Japanese forest grass, and Cinnamon fern.
