Notes

'Nina’s Memory' peony (Paeonia 'Nina’s Memory') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The red to rose flowers are fragrant and nod on good strong stems. Buds took no damage at 24°F. Anne Oveson bred it and introduced it in 1997. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Stella de Oro daylily, Curly Fries hosta, and Limelight hydrangea.
